Plumbing Apprenticeships

A plumbing apprenticeship is a full-time trade pathway that combines hands-on, on-the-job experience with structured TAFE training to develop the skills required to become a qualified plumber. Apprenticeships run for four years and are designed to give apprentices real-world experience working alongside qualified tradespeople while also completing classroom-based learning through TAFE. Most of the training is practical, with apprentices learning installation, maintenance, repairs, problem solving, safety procedures, and industry standards across a wide range of plumbing work.

As apprentices progress through each successful year of their apprenticeship, wages increase in line with their experience and skill level. Upon completion, there may be opportunities for ongoing employment within our business as a qualified plumber, with the ability to transition onto qualified plumber rates and further career growth opportunities. Apprenticeships are full time positions, with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00PM. Employees also receive Rostered Days Off (RDOs), sick leave, annual leave, and we do not work on public holidays. Apprentices are expected to already have their drivers licence, or are actively working towards their drivers licence (Learners, or P-plates).

Qualified Plumbers

Qualified plumbers are fully licensed and trained tradespeople responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing work including installations, maintenance, repairs, fault finding, and customer service. This role requires strong practical skills, problem solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. Qualified plumbers may work across residential and light-commercial projects and are expected to manage jobs professionally, communicate clearly with customers, and complete work in accordance with current plumbing regulations and industry standards.

Qualified plumber positions with our business are full time roles offering stable employment, ongoing variety in day-to-day work, and opportunities for further skill development and career progression within the company. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00PM, with Rostered Days Off (RDOs), sick leave, annual leave, and no work required on public holidays. We offer above-award pay rates as we pride ourselves on our plumbers experience and knowledge.

Administration Clerks

Administration Clerks play an important role in keeping the business organised and running efficiently day to day. This is a versatile position that can involve a wide range of duties depending on experience, skills, and individual strengths. Tasks may include reception and customer service, phone and email enquiries, cash handling, invoicing, payroll and wages, dispatch management, scheduling, social media management, HR support, and general office administration. The role suits someone who is organised, adaptable, professional, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.

Positions can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible hours available to suit lifestyle and family commitments. Typical office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 4:00PM, with no work required on public holidays. Employees also receive applicable leave entitlements including sick leave and annual leave for eligible positions. As skills and responsibilities grow, there may also be opportunities to take on additional areas within the business and progress into more senior administrative roles.
